Holiday Celebrations

• Full High Holiday services open to everyone in the larger community without a fee

• Sukkot gathering in the backyard sukkah of a member

• Simchat Torah to sing and dance as we conclude and begin again the reading of the Torah

• Hanukah as we light candles and eat latkes together

• Purim including an original Purimspiel and reading of the megillah

• Passover catered community seder held on the second night

• Shavuot with extended learning in conjunction with the Center City Kehillah

• Tisha B’Av to mourn the destruction of the Temple and more

• Rosh Chodesh beginning of the new month celebration for women of Leyv Ha-Ir
